“I started my career in Guy Carpenter 23 years ago, as Executive Assistant to the CEO. Over the years, the operations have grown from a staff strength of 10 to 100 today. It has been a long journey, not without its challenges, but I have been fortunate enough to have met great mentors, colleagues and friends along the way.
