African Heritage Resource Groups
African Heritage networks led the way in instituting training on unconscious bias in the workplace. Outside the company, they focus on education, health and connecting Black colleagues to opportunities in professional services.
Asian Colleague Resource Groups
These networks help our Asian colleagues (and their allies) find community in our global organization, promote learning (professional development and cultural), generate business opportunities and engage in community outreach.
Hispanic/Latino Resource Groups
Our Hispanic/Latino Resource Groups aim to help our businesses be the workplace of choice for Hispanic/Latino professionals. Our goal is to enhance performance within our organization by leveraging and supporting Hispanic/Latino colleagues, contributing to their professional development and promoting an inclusive culture.
LGBTQ+ Resource Groups
With office chapters around the world, we help establish comfort levels in the workplace where LGBTQ+ colleagues find it easier to be themselves. We champion cultural transformation within our organization, including engagement with clients and potential clients, alignment with external organizations and the recruitment of LGBTQ+ talent at all levels.
Rising Professionals Resource Groups
Rising Professionals are up-and-coming leaders in our businesses – diverse, disruptive, connected. These resource groups represent the future of today’s leadership, while building high-value relationships with peers worldwide.
People who have worn their country’s uniform bring us skills that aren’t taught in business schools. Our Veteran Talent Initiative is active in recruiting new talent as well as promoting the visibility and opportunity for our veteran colleagues, company-wide.
