For individuals who do not have health benefits or employee assistance program benefits through Cigna, but could benefit from talking with a qualified representative, please call toll-free number, 866.912.1687, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This service is confidential. Support is free of charge to help people manage their stress and anxiety from a mass disaster or traumatic event. Callers may also receive referrals to community resources to help them with specific concerns, including financial and legal matters.
 
Cigna Public Resources – for Military Veterans

Cigna’s Veteran Support Line provides a wide range of assistance for veterans, as well as their caregivers and families, whether they are Cigna customers or not. The Veteran Support Line is free and confidential, and available 24/7/365 at:  toll-free number:  855.244.6211.
